Application:

As widely used all over the world, it is a good substitute for asbestos in construction industry, an ideal filling material for paint, dope, rubber and plastic, and its application goes as far as to many other fields like electric welding, fire retardant, electronic products, oil well drilling and nacre dye.

Features: * 20M-60M mica powder is mainly used in electric welding; * 60M-325M is used in mica ceramics for its good performance in insulation, maintain uncarbonized under strong electric arc, long time performance in the heat of 350C. Its heat expansion coefficient is adjustable as required. * 200M-1250M is used as paint or dope correctives, it minimizes the damage to the paint surface by reflecting ultraviolet radiation and improve its acid and alkali endurance, tenacity so that it could well prevent speckles and fissures.

* With addition of 325-1250M mica powder, PVC could endure twice as much the original heat inducing heat-transformation while keeping its mechanical properties undegraded. Due to the big price difference between the two substance, it is quite profitable to add mica powder to PVC. Addition of mica powder in Nylon 66 could significantly improve the product look.
